Marmaris Turkey


In 1958 there were in Marmaris a devastating earthquake in which almost the entire city was destroyed. Most of the buildings therefore come from the 60s and 70s. As at the beginning of the 80s in many Turkish coastal resorts, tourism developed in Marmaris were also very many hotels built. The city has this mass tourism so far not harmed.

Marmaris also has a large marina and is therefore particularly sailors in a popular place. From here you can very quickly to translate Greek island of Rhodes.
